All orders ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During drops, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with USPS to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at manytimes.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund or store credit within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade in limited runs, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item or size. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, final-sale items marked at checkout, and items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We'll make it right — replacement, refund, or credit. Photos help speed up the process.
